I’m a mom of two wonderful people who’re each of their 30’s.  I really like going to the theater, do some performing on the facet.  I really like to hang around with my family members and my sister hood.  

What does a typical day seem like for you?  

I get up round 6 am, even once I don’t must!  As I’m now in my mid 50’s my physique wants some warming up, so I do some light yoga poses to wake my joints up after which relying on if I’m educating that day I train, I type out class plans.  I like to cook dinner and am an actual feeder so do some cooking, after which between educating and finding out and spending time with family members, the day is over! 

How did your yoga journey start and what impressed you to turn into a yoga instructor?
