Monday:  13.23 miles @ 8:21 common & 2.16 miles @ 9:47 common tempo with my niece later.

Tuesday:  8 miles @ 8:35 common

Wednesday:  14 miles on the indoor monitor (70 laps!).  W/u + 3 units of three min, 2 min, 1 min fartleks, and 1-minute jogging recoveries inside the units and 3-minute jogging recoveries between units. I went primarily based on effort for these and didn’t hold monitor of paces as a result of I used my watch to maintain monitor of what number of laps we had been doing.

Thursday: 8.1 miles @ 8:20 

Friday: 5 miles @ 8:33 tempo
